Design and Template
The journey kicks off in the design phase, where we draft a comprehensive contract to encompass every element of your vision, from color choices to textures and finishes. Following this, we move on to the templating process, a crucial step in materializing your vision, which typically takes a few hours and may vary based on the project's scale and complexity. To ensure a proper fit, it's imperative that all plumbing fixtures, ranges, and required appliances are present on-site during templating.

Form and Cast
The form is the most important part of the whole process. We create the forms using various materials to give our concrete a unique look and feel. Building these molds usually takes 2 to 4 days, depending on the complexity of the design.
Once the forms are good to go, we measure and mix a proprietary batch of concrete just for your project. This mix is personalized to closely match the colors, textures, and finish you've selected.
Process and Seal
In the days that follow casting, our team employs specialized techniques developed by Justin McRae. It's in this phase that our motto, "Crafted with Character," truly comes to life. Each project is infused with its own unique personality during this step, and just like thumbprints, no two are ever same.
Once the concrete has been meticulously processed, we apply a high-performance, 100% food-safe sealer. This sealer is custom designed for high-end concrete surfaces, ensuring your project resists staining and remains functional and beautiful for years to come.
Delivery and Installation
Delivery day is here, and it's not just another Amazon package. It's something better—it's your handcrafted concrete project, poised to elevate your space and leave your friends in awe. We provide multiple options for getting your custom concrete piece to you: delivery, local pickup, shipping, and full-service installations.
Keep in mind that concrete is heavy, and our team greatly values a job site that's prepped and easy to navigate on delivery day. This helps us ensure a smooth and efficient process, allowing you to see your vision in reality.
